Where does the driver meet me at BIA?
Inside the arrivals hall, immediately after customs, holding a name board with your name. If you can't find each other, your driver's WhatsApp number is shared with you before you fly — the hall has free Wi-Fi.
My flight lands at 2am — is that a problem?
Not at all. BIA is a 24-hour airport and so are we — we're based five minutes away in Katunayake. Night arrivals carry no surcharge.
Can the transfer become a tour?
Very often it does. Many guests book a Kandy or Galle transfer with stops — Pinnawala, a spice garden, lunch on the coast road — and it costs far less than two separate trips. Ask when you book.
How do I pay?
To the driver on arrival — LKR, USD, EUR and GBP all accepted. The price agreed on WhatsApp is final: no meters, no fuel surcharges, no haggling.
